Recruitment, HR Documentation & PRO Co-ordination for new visa and renewal process. Document Controlling of all employees as per accreditation standards and on boarding support for newly hired employees and any other works assigned within the HR Department scope of work.


  •  Sourcing resumes as per the requirements via job portal, referrals & networking
  •  Co-ordination with candidates & HODs for interview schedules
  •  Regular follow up with offered candidates until Onboarding
  •  Onboarding formalities & facility tour for new joiners
  •  Overtime claim verification & processing
  •  Bank account opening for newly joined employees & co-ordination for salary transfer via WPS
  •  Preparing HR Letters & Certificates
  •  PRO Co-ordination for new visa and renewal process

Title: Quality Executive

Job Description:

Data analytics on various quality indications. Report generation to meet statistical requirements. Clinical quality report requirements.Skills:

  •  Plays an essential role in the hospital quality improvement program
  •  Participates effectively in dissemination of quality culture in the hospital
  •  Participates in quality planning, guiding, data collection and data analysis
  •  Participates in preparation of implementation plans
  •  Follows up the accreditation and quality standards
  •  Establishes strong working relationships with medical, nursing, administration and supporting services staff
  •  Participate effectively in the basic and advanced training courses of continuous quality improvement. (CQI)
  •  Performs clinical review on patients’ medical records, nursing, etc. based on hospital wide and department or function specific indicators
  •  Refers cases for further review and action to the department/section heads, or the physician reviewers as appropriate and coordinates and documents the review process
  •  Prepares a monthly quality improvement report reflecting the departmental and individual performances against the set standards and indicators as required
  •  Monitors the implementation of the actions recommended for the variances in performance indicators.
